The Job

This position will set up and lead strategic analytics initiatives, including people data modeling and experimentation, to solve essential business challenges. You’ll focus on key challenges such as predicting great hires, empowering incredible performance, and supporting our company’s employee engagement and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) programs.

Using your technical knowledge and communications skills, you’ll get excited by working in partnership with our Insights and Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Workday teams to drive data based People decisions in everything we do. You'll define creative business hypotheses for People data and deliver dashboards and analytics to drive predictive analytics. You will develop research portfolios and roadmaps.

As an internal consultant, you’ll apply analytical data expertise and workforce planning models to develop and articulate strategic recommendations to address client challenges and use data analysis to help inspire changes to HR operations, processes and programs.

This opportunity will provide exposure to interact with multiple levels of leadership across various business units while empowering you to leverage your expertise, knowledge of data analysis, data visualization and storytelling to provide data that supports decisions related to global workforce issues.

The Requirements

• A Masters or PhD in Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or a related quantitative role with a specific focus on people
• Experience working with cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc
• Experience scoping and driving projects from inception to value capture
• Expertise of SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, SAS or Python
• Proficiency in one or more visualization tools
