We are looking for Sr. Data Analyst to join our Ad Measurement team. You will help us define and build our next generation of Ad Measurement products based on insights and market research using DISQO’s unique behavioral data. What you will do:

  • Build DISQO’s next generation And Measurement platform
  • Act as the Analytics Subject Matter Expert for everything Ad Measurement
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science and product teams to understand customer needs, analyze ad campaign performance and clearly communicate findings and insights based on DISQO’s unique data set to help shape DISQO’s ad-measurement products
  • Design metrics, build reports and dashboards that help the product teams and all the stakeholders better understand the short and long term effects of brand lift campaigns and unlock new opportunities for product development
  • Utilize quantitative techniques to test hypotheses and analyze the impact and performance of brand lift campaigns
  • Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and processes necessary to quick and early detection of problems related to data
  • Drive data issue identification, root cause analysis, resolution planning, and execution with product and engineering teams

What you bring to the table:

  • SQL knowledge (window function, CTE, etc) with databases such as RedShift and/or PostgreSQL
  • 4+ years of work experience in data analysis with SQL in Ad-Tech domain
  • Aptitude for working with a diverse set of stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Experience using statistical analysis and modeling techniques
  • Experience in the ad measurement space and understanding of concepts such as control group creation, brand lift measurement and survey weights.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment 
  • Experience working with Big Data
  • Prior experience with ad tech; media analytics; digital, linear TV, or connected TV advertising is a strong plus
  • Experience measuring A/B tests is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python and Jupyter notebooks is  a plus
  • Understanding of concepts such as causal inference and statistical propensity modeling is a plus
